Wadi Rum Desert Experience - Hikes, Scrambles, and Immersive Sightseeing
In addition to the jeep tour, we offer three different desert adventures. These include spending a half-day exploring one specific place in the morning and then enjoying sightseeing and extra activities in the afternoon.
Firstly, the Jebel Um Adaami – Jordan highest mountain – situated at 1832 m above sea level.
A magnificent drive, through far-flung valleys of Wadi Rum and crossing the beautiful and lonely Wadi Saabit, just getting there takes an hour – a small journey in and of itself!
The ascent of Um Adaami usually takes about 2 1/2 hours, with the descent taking a little less time.
The Jebel Khash experience is tailor-made for nature enthusiasts and admirers of breathtaking landscapes. It involves hiking and scrambling up a mountain to reach one of the most awe-inspiring viewpoints, coupled with a tour of iconic sites in the scenic outer realms of Wadi Rum.
Finally, we have the Burdah Rock Bridge expedition, designed especially for our adventurous guests. You’ll start with a morning hike and climb to reach the stunning Burdah Rock Bridge, which offers outstanding views of Wadi Rum.
If you want a longer adventure, you can easily combine these tours for a multi-day experience. This means you can stay with us anywhere from just one full day to a whole week
